Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026Version: 1.2
Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your use of Argus Research and the related features provided by Bilbel L.L.C-FZ.

Company: Bilbel L.L.C-FZ, License number: 2535100.01, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. ("Argus", "we", "us").

Service: The Argus web application and related features (the "Service").

1) Acceptance

By clicking "Agree", creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you confirm that you:

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes the entity.

2) What Argus Does

Argus provides investment pre-screening analyses for public companies using market/company data, regulatory filings, configurable prompts, and a selected large language model. Outputs are structured relevance assessments meant to help decide whether a company merits deeper work.

Argus is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or tax/legal adviser, and the Service does not provide personalized investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Bilbel L.L.C-FZ is not an investment adviser. This service is a software subscription only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited by law, sanctions, or export restrictions.

4) Accounts and Security

Each account is licensed for a single user only. You may not share your account or login credentials with anyone else. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

5) Subscriptions, Fees, Billing

If you purchase a subscription or add-ons, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

New self-service subscriptions include a three-day free trial and require a valid payment method at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will automatically charge the monthly or yearly price you selected at checkout. Your subscription then renews automatically at the same interval until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added.

Lite provides access to 3 selected markets and up to 12 randomly selected ready companies per calendar month, normally 4 per market. Pro provides access to 5 selected markets and up to 70 randomly selected ready companies per calendar month, normally 14 per market. Ultra provides access to all available markets and companies. Company selections can vary each month, availability depends on completed research coverage, and unused access does not roll over. Yearly billing changes the payment interval but not the monthly selection cycle.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period and does not create a refund for amounts already charged.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

6) Customer Inputs, Prompts, and Outputs

The Service may depend on third-party providers (market data, filings, LLMs, hosting). We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, changes, or errors. Third-party terms may apply.
